Hot-stone-massage

Body treatment, hot stone massage. We use smoothed lava stones heated to 55 °C. These stones accumulate heat very well and with their energetic power have a deep effect on muscle tissue, blood circulation, and metabolism. Massage has a positive effect on muscle tension and blocked areas. It tones the vegetative nervous system and therefore significantly improves sleep disorders, harmonizes during long-term workload, and because it accelerates metabolism, it also acts as a supportive therapy for obesity. It induces overall pleasant feelings. Massage is the oldest form of therapy.
