Whistleblowing (Protection of Whistleblowers)
Our company has established an internal reporting system and accepts reports in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers. Below you will find all reporting channels along with instructions on how to submit a report and track its progress. Only the designated person may access submitted reports. All provided information is therefore kept strictly confidential.

Ways to Submit a Report
In accordance with the Act, we allow reports to be submitted in writing, orally, or in person.

In Writing
Via our website www.harveyspahotel.com or by email.

Orally
By phone at +420 601 216 734 or +420 601 216 723.

In Person
To the designated person within 14 days by prior arrangement using the contacts above. A protocol will be prepared by the designated person upon such a report.

What Qualifies as a Report under the Act?
A report qualifies if it concerns conduct that:

Constitutes a criminal offence,

Constitutes an administrative offence for which the law sets a fine with an upper limit of at least CZK 100,000,

Violates the Whistleblower Protection Act, or

Violates another legal regulation or European Union regulation in areas defined by the Act (e.g., financial services, corporate income tax, consumer protection, environmental protection, etc.).

Personal Data Protection
The designated person is required to maintain electronic records of the received reports and to retain any reports and related documents submitted through the internal reporting system for a period of 5 years from the date of receipt. Access to these records and documents is restricted solely to the designated person in the case of reports submitted via the internal system.

Exclusion Clause
The obliged entity excludes acceptance of reports from individuals who do not perform work or a similar activity for the obliged entity as defined in § 2(3)(a), (b), (h), or (i) of the Whistleblower Protection Act.
